Christopher M. Donaleski, CEC, CEPA®, is a Decision Architect and the founder of The Validated Mind Research Lab (a DBA of OSQ International, Inc.) and AI Advisory Group. He is the author of The Validated Mind: Decision Making in the Age of AI (2026).

For more than two decades, Christopher worked inside enterprise system implementations, operational redesigns, and moments of organizational change — across eight industries and more than sixty high-stakes decisions. The technology was usually sound and the strategies defensible, yet outcomes kept drifting from the decisions that drove them. One pattern repeated: once a decision was embedded into a system, it stopped being examined and started being defended. As AI began moving judgment from people to platforms, that pattern only scaled faster and grew harder to see.

The Validated Mind is the distillation of that work — a discipline for examining how human judgment becomes systems long before machines act on it, while there is still room to choose. The VALID framework is the subject of a pending USPTO patent (63/839,584).

Today, Christopher advises executive teams, boards, and founders, building organizations that can decide without them — and never lose the mission that made them worth building.
