Helping leaders see decisions differently before they shape everything around them — because when judgment becomes action, and action becomes systems, decisions don't just matter. They last.

The story

A pattern that wouldn't go away

For more than two decades, Christopher worked inside system implementations, operational redesigns, and moments of organizational change — across different industries, different tools, and very different leaders. The technology was usually sound. The strategies were usually defensible. And yet, again and again, outcomes felt misaligned with the decisions that drove them.

One quiet dynamic kept repeating: once a decision was embedded into a system, it stopped being examined and started being defended. Familiarity replaced deliberation. Defaults silently became commitments. And by the time AI started accelerating that process — moving judgment from people to platforms — the same pattern was scaling with it, only faster and far less visible.

The Validated Mind is the distillation of that body of work — a closer look at how human judgment is translated into systems long before machines ever act on it, and a discipline for catching it while there's still room to choose.

The origin

Where the framework was learned

Twelve years inside enterprise decisions, across eight industries. The same pattern kept surfacing — and eventually became the VALID framework. The numbers below are not the framework's track record. They are the body of work it was distilled from.

$50M+

Unlocked in operational outcomes

60+

Enterprise decisions navigated

8

Industries observed

Oil & gas · Mining · EPC · Healthcare · Global TIC · Financial services · Construction · Real estate

Years inside enterprise systems

Most recent engagement

Fractional Chief Strategy Officer inside a global enterprise — unlocked $20M+ in cash flow and cut DSO by 60 days across a multi-year transformation.
The methods that shaped these outcomes became the foundation of the VALID framework — codified afterward, so the next decision could be made with the same clarity, sooner.

Now accepting · Charter cohort

Help shape what the frameworkbecomes next

A small group of forward-thinking organizations is being invited to adopt the VALID framework early — at charter rates, with direct involvement from Christopher and the research lab. Selected partners help refine the framework while putting it to work on the decisions that matter most.

Applications are reviewed individually. Cohort size is intentionally small.
